At Riwaqly, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incomplete product.

Defective, Damaged, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@riwaqly.com and provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or missing parts

Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection by the customer
* Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered after delivery
* Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards (unless received defective)

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
