You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@riwaqly.com.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Please include “CANCEL” in the subject line of your email.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@riwaqly.com with the correct information.

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCOMPLETE

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or missing parts

Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
